Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Days Since app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Barbu Luca (collectively, the "Application"). Barbu Luca is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider". By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
License to Use the Application
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
Intellectual Property
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices.
Age Requirements & Eligibility
You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Application in your jurisdiction. You must be at least 16 years of age (the age of digital consent). If you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
User-Generated Content & Acceptable Use
If the Application permits posting or sharing content, you agree not to submit illegal, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, spam, or infringing material. By submitting content, you grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display the content in connection with the Application.

Device Security & Network Charges
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your mobile device. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Certain features require an active internet connection; you accept full responsibility for any data or roaming charges incurred from your mobile network provider.

The Application utilizes third-party services governed by their own terms:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance

- Notice and Action: Reports of illegal content are processed promptly with human review.
- Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement: Users may submit moderation disputes to certified settlement bodies under Article 21 of the DSA.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service Provider in the preceding 12 months, or the minimum statutory limit. You agree to indemnify the Service Provider against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
Termination & Updates
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, unlawful acts, or IP infringement. The Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application at any time. Upon termination, all licenses granted end, and you must delete the Application.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict of law rules, without restricting mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.
